Robert and Chris did a great job! Robert communicated at a high level and did what he said. I asked for his best deal and he delivered. Other dealerships countered and even beat the deal by a few dollars, but they were second-looks and I committed to go with the 1st best deal. Robert listened and was aggressive from the rip. Chris was the exact opposite of every other finance manager we've experienced. Prior experiences with finance managers was a game of hard sell and squirmy salesmanship. Chris was straight up and relatable.
