John Palos was excellent he got me into a new 2026 vehicle within our range which we didn’t think was possible but he made it happen. Andy Pham helped us with the finance portion and got us some awesome savings and perks. Overall great and quick service here. Will definitely recommend to everyone!!!

I spoke with Eric over the phone and he invited me and my grandson in to talk about what we needed where we met Tracey who walked us through the whole process. She made us feel important. Tracey was informative and most of all she had a very spiritual personality that touched me. With that being said I trusted her. I walked out with a new car for me and my grandson. She made us a very happy family. I could say more but I am having trouble staying on the website.

I've brought my Titan here for service once before and the customer service was below average. However, this time my service adviser was Homer and he was fantastic! My first visit was a service and a warranty issue which didn't get addressed. I was told I need to come back, how much trouble it was going to be, etc. This visit Homer was easy to work with, understood the issue, and had the claim put in the same day and called me the same afternoon saying everything was approved! I brought the Titan in today for the warranty repairs and everything was corrected in less than a day. I can't stress enough how professional Homer was, keeping me in the loop on the warranty approval, getting the parts in quickly, and scheduling the service. Once again, Homer was excellent, attentive, and just overall by far the best service adviser I've worked with and we also have a Mercedes that I take in for service. Homer could work anywhere and I can't praise him enough for his help and hard work, along with great customer service! Thanks Homer!

Nathaniel Chilo really took care of things and made the process go very smoothly and stress free. He wasn't pushy or rushing. He just maintained a cool and calm demeanor, while being very knowledgeable and helpful when explaining my options. He was smart, genuine, friendly, and focused on assisting in whatever way he could. He made sure to provide a satisfactory experience in my car purchase! I recommend asking for Nathaniel if you come to buy a car, but everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. I never feel like I’m just a walking dollar sign, that is only worth their time if I’m making a purchase. Thank you Nathaniel, and everyone over at Shottenkirk Nissan!

Had issue with truck starting. Took it in and was assisted by Mario. Had to leave truck because issue was unknown, so had to rent a vehicle. Luckily that was easy to do at their facility. Service techs were able to determine the issue and I got my truck back sooner than I thought. Mario and his team did a great job.

Visited the above dealership for an oil change service. My service rep Mario accommodated me even though I didn’t have an appointment, Mario had me in and out of there in approximately an hour. I was totally satisfied with the customer service I received during my visit.

I was pleased with the accuracy and dependability of our service advisor, Tristen at Shottenkirk Nissan. He kept us informed and updated on our vehicle repairs. James, the master technician was wonderful in diagnosing the vehicle problem! Recommend these guys! Rodents under the hood of car.

I took my sister to Shottenkirk to pick up her sticker for her new car. Malik and team had made her an incredible deal on a 2026. He told me that they could make me a good deal as well. They did! I walked away with a 2026 EXACTLY like I wanted at 0% interest! Thank you so much to Malik, Andy and Chris. ❤️
