This is the place to buy your next car or truck. We have the highest regards for the people working here and their attention to go the extra mile to take care of their customers. We purchased a Nissan and traded in our older Nissan and drove away knowing we had not only received a very fair deal, we felt like we were leaving family and friends after a great visit. I can only add that when the time comes again to replace our Nissan, we're going back to Shottenkirk. I've been to many dealerships in my 6+ decades on this earth, and they're the best there is! We walked in to Shottenkirk and was kindly introduced to Nestor. He listened to us and what we were interested in looking at, showed us as many cars as we wanted to see and we test drove a couple. He was able to answer all our questions and made us feel so comfortable. We ended up buying a car and absolutely love it. The manager and financial guy were just as amazing. Had to come back for another engine problem and Mario was the one who assisted me again this time. He kept me updated and gave me a timeline. By the time the car was supposed to be ready, they found another problem and gave me a loaner car which I really appreciate. It only took another day to fix the car and I was kept updated all the time. Good service. Keep it up!
