Amazing service as usual!

I recently had a major problem with the transmission on my 2022 Nissan Rogue SV. I was able to drive it into the Shottenkirk service area and was greeted by Mario. I explained the problem I was having and he took it from there. It was a warranty covered service so they contacted Nissan on how they wanted them to proceed. Mario kept me informed of the progress they were making the entire time they had the vehicle and provided me with transportation to use as well. The Rogue has been working great since the repair was completed. I was very pleased with the quality of service and the professionalism of the service team at Shottenkirk and will not hesitate to have them work on my vehicle again if it needs it in the future.

Mehran is knowledgeable and very helpful for getting what you need. I will definitely come back to him again
