Mario took the time to explain the issues clearly and gave me a realistic timeline and cost estimate. The repairs were complete and on time! No surprises just great work!! I came here to look at some of the used cars they had but after talking to my mom it would be better for me to get a brand new car because it was 0% interest. I love my new 2025 rogue. Moustapha was my salesman, he was so genuine and so patient with me. He is truly such a great guy. But I just would like to warn people when they get to the business managers office to sign the contract please be prepared to be harassed about the extended warranties they offer. I totally understand that is their job to sell those but she was unbelievably pushy and made me feel uncomfortable after saying no 1,000 times. Highly recommend this place for getting your vehicle serviced. Mario went over and beyond to find a solution. He made sure all of my questions were answered and if he didn't know, he'd get an answer. He had great communication while my car was in the shop and was genuine in helping me. I experienced great customer service from the staff in the service area all around.

I was in a vehicle accident & my truck got totaled back in April. I decided to get a pre owned Tacoma, but shopping for it soon became a head ache because none of the dealerships I called were able to give me a straight forward answer over the phone. I reached out to Shottenkirk & spoke with Francesco about a Tacoma they had in stock. He was straight forward with me which made the process a lot less stressful & was able to work with my budget so we moved forward with the purchase. Not long after I bought the truck some drive train issues come up but Francesco & George from service were able to have it taken care of. They even provided me with a rental. I know sometimes stuff happens that is out of our control but I appreciate the customer service provided to get the issues resolved. That’s where I find the true value. Thanks again.
