Not once did he try to upsell me he let me see the most basic to the platinum. During the negotiations he never made me feel like I had to take the offer on the table. FINANCE MANAGER… I never felt the pressure of the buy in his office - the money man has typically been this man in the clouds I don’t ever get to see…Noah chose to treat me as an individual. When I moved to Katy, my Nissan service team was too far to travel. I went to (now) Shottenkirk and the service has kept me there for over 5 years.
I decide what make of car to purchase based on the quality of the dealership’s service department. After all, I only spend hours with the sales team but years with the service department. I have purchased 2 more Nissans to ensure I continue to receive the exceptional service they offer.
What makes their service great? They give you a direct line of communication - no getting stuck in a loop or never ending hold! They manage expectations. They deliver on what they tell you and if they can’t they communicate. They service what’s needed. They strive to meet the customer’s needs. The environment is clean!
